This is a young story, dating back only to 1990, but looking way back in time, to a century-old entrepreneurial tradition, flourished on the Como Lake fertile land, that has always been producing the excellence in furniture for aristocracy first and middle class after, and that today pursues in its creations for all the beauty lovers.
This is a 100% Italian story beaming into the international panorama, one that starts from the reinterpretation of the English taste and evolves, through the art of leather working and shaping, into the production of unique collections.

Italy has a centuries-old tradition in furniture manufacturing and Brianza District, where Cornelio Cappellini was born and still has its headquarters, is absolutely the most important area in the production of high-end furniture.

Cornelio Cappellini is an Italian “family company” of contemporary furniture founded during the Fifties of the last century in Brianza, an area near Milan considered a world leader district for its extraordinary creativity. The company owes its name to the founder Mr. Cornelio Cappellini.
With the birth of the new collection Hessentia, a new team has been created within the company and soon extended its activity to participating in the creation of new products and in the research of new materials. Thanks to the techniques and production secrets of the great artisans working in the company., the Hessentia collection is an excellent testament to the company’s ability to stay relevant in every century.

Established in 1972 in Brianza, Glas Italia manufactures doors, wall partitions and glass furniture, supported by a century-long experience of the family glass factory and driven by an inexhaustible passion for glass.

ERBA was established in 2007, in the heart of “Brianza” region in North-Italy, this area is well known for exclusive sofas, armchairs and related products all over the world.
April 2010 the company inaugurated a 800 m2 showroom located in an old steel mill, in the vicinity of the factory. The showroom design reflects ERBA philosophy perfectly: Its look preserved the early 20th century architecture with the inner and outer walls, as a sincere homage to the ancient roots, which melts with the interior construction. Giovanni Bonacina started his business in 1889 in Lurago d’Erba, located in a hilly, fertile part of the area north of Milan known as Brianza, combining two traditional crafts practiced in the area, basketry and furniture making, using the local materials reed and cane, with rattan from Southeast Asia. His hard work and experience produced excellent results, and his efforts were rewarded with awards in international expositions and numerous important commissions.

Minottiitalia combines wood products with metal castings, iron sheets with laser processing, mirrors and crystals, gold and silver leaf coatings and micro-cement.

Miniforms job is a collective commitment. They are craftsmen and they are all different. There are carpenters, glass blowers, there are those who shape ceramics, who upholster armchairs, and who cane chairs. Each of them inherited the know-how from their family’s traditions and retained it still. Machines help them, but their hands do the most part.

B—Line is a company, brainchild of its founder, Giorgio Bordin, that restores life to several historical icons of design on the Italian scenario. These are works that have disappeared over the years, made obsolete by the unrelenting ferment of the market that is brimming with innovation. Of the products re-edited, some have made history “contaminating” many facets of art and design, such as Joe Colombo’s famous Boby.

Founded in 1970, Casali is a maker of bespoke glass solutions and is known for its frameless flat and curved glass doors. Introduced in the 21 century, the Furniture Collection is an extension of Casali know-how and a showcase of glass pieces featuring unique treatments, production techniques and design. Casali Furniture is a collection of low and high tables, vases and other objects conceived by Daniele Merini, Mac Stopa, Maurizio Casali, and Fabio Casali. Sculptures Jeux is about playing with spaces, objects, colors and materials. Sculptures Jeux embraces the green concept, using a photovoltaic system to support 70% of their production. All of their panels and blocks’ suppliers are FSC certified, and the biomass’ combustion resulting from the processing warms their offices and workplaces. Each Sculptures Jeux product is CARB type 2 and EPA TSCA title IV certified. Sculptures Jeux offers a range of green home furnishing products that are often space saving and/or multifunctional.

Tonucci Design studio a company with a history of design and production of sustainable and high quality handcrafted furnishing. Tonucci Collection is a brand of Tonucci Design studio. Tonucci Design was founded in 1970, when Enrico Tonucci started his design business for major Italian and foreign furnishing companies, gaining significant experience first as a designer and then as an entrepreneur, when he founded and directed his own companies, Triangolo, Arte Cuoio and Teatro delle Muse. Viola Tonucci became the partner in the business in 2012 and in 2022 she took over the leadership of the Tonucci Collection brand.

SOFTHOUSE feminine design
